Excellent value for seniors. Some difficult holes, but they are a good challenge. Weekdays are not crowded. Weekends are pretty slow paced due to pace of play at times.

Bottom line: I would play again, Average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing

the city of Mckinney puts very little into this slightly better than cow pasture course. A waste of 4.5 hours of my life.
